![]() Try to put as many runes as you can in your inventory but only equip one. Also buyable at the sorcerer in the ice region for 5000 souls. To make it a bit easier for fights in which you die often you can swap one soul power rune for an eiris gift rune. It's something to do at least.I would also suggest 6x soul power rune and fire hammer for the trail every 10 seconds and raider axe 3 to cast as many swirls as you can in between. ![]() It makes it where each loot bag is basically 1 crafting resource instead of 3-5 which makes you have to play until around day 25ish before you are fully geared. I can say that survival is more entertaining if you really pump the difficulty on things like creatures, jotunn and resource drops. Even if I do die, it's so infrequent, once in 45 days, that my farms, quarry and lumber mill produce so much stuff that I can just grab it and sell it to get back instantly to 10k souls for the soul powered runes. ![]() They said the difficulty would increase each season in survival but so far I haven't really seen anything get harder.Įven in some of the best gear some of the Jotunn can 1 shot you with some mechanics but they are so easy to dodge. Basically completely broken on damage currently and I kill Jotunn in about 8 seconds while they are at 200K+ health. I now have 3 soul powered, 2 weavers, and a night running rune. ![]() I also spent a few days collecting chests from forts trying to get some RNG runes. I wasted a couple days exploring the map fully just for something to do. So I'm basically ready to kill Fenrir at day 5 which means there is basically nothing left in this game to do from day 5 to day 100. I started playing the game on Saga mode and perfecting speed runs before I came to survival mode. I'm doing the same thing currently and it's insanely boring. ![]() Such is the life of an achievement hunter. ![]()
